Easy online booking and literally just over the road to where we stayed. Received email from parking space person with details of where to collect permit and gate remote. Only downside to it was when we arrived at the street to collect we couldn't find it and tried to call him and he didn't answer his phone so spent 15-20 minutes up and down the street trying to find the concierge office. Overall happy and would use again

  • Parking on Nutmeg Close, E16

The space was accessible and easy to find. There were no special instructions and no access problems. The space was very reasonably priced compared to other parking options in the area. All in all a very positive experience.

Had problems getting the fob and parking permit as the owner had not given the concierge authority to hand them over and did not answer his phone when we tried to contact him. Parking space good.

Space little bit tight, I would say good for a small or medium car. Quiet neighborhood, easy access, overall would recommend.

  • Parking on Romford Road, E15

I was impressed with how quick and easy it was to find suitable parking for a chunky, 4x4 vehicle on this website. The communication and information emails were good and accurate. The particular space we chose in Romford Road was good as it was behind a locked gate, had no height restriction and from here it took just ten minutes to be in sight of the Olympic stadium and then another ten to reach it. We drove past the entrance initially as you cannot see the actual parking from the road, so look out for the number 64. Once through the white, brick pillared entrance, which is not much wider than a car width, there is a tall, black gate in front of you and parking is beyond this gate for which you will need a code to open. Parking is a long, narrow strip of concrete with walls both sides. All cars were parked on the left at an angle. There isn't room to do a 360 turn, but we were able to do a bit of gear shifting to reverse into a space. Although the area was busy with traffic, even at 11pm on a Sunday, it was easy to turn back out onto the Romford Road. I would definitely use this company again and indeed this particular parking spot.
