All worked well with the chap working there validating the token on receipt of the booking reference number. It may be worth adding to the description of where to park as there were signs on some of the lower floors restricting the parking to 3 hours or reserved for a particular company.

Excellent car park in a good location for weekend stay in city centre. Had a space next to the ramp which would have been split into two spaces in most car parks. Helpful service from the on site staff, even though the 'pre-booked' system had only recently been introduced. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting secure, spacious parking at less than half the cost of nearby car parks.

Really really easy website to use and the price was fantastic (£4) for 48 hours parking, 5 minute walk from a train station. This compared to return bus or train travel makes me want to use it again. Slight issue with that there were three carparks next to each other and the booking confirmation didn't name the carpark so it was a guessing game. I ruled one out based on the fact it was different management but there was no parking fine on my car so all was ok. Just worrying when you're away is not what you want.

Very happy with how straightforward this was. Would definitely recommend.

The parking bays are just the right size to park your car - excellent, would totally recommend parking your car here if you want to do something in Sheffield.

I had never booked a space before but as the charity car park I usually use was due to be closed for 3 days, 2 days that I was working and I didn't want the stress or waste the time looking for another car park, so I booked in for 2 days. On arrival the first day everything went smoothly and I took my token to the office to get it validated as advised. On returning to my car at night I went to the barrier but my token just kept going straight through, I rang the office via the help button and the attendant said to wait where I was and he would come down, I waited nearly 10 minutes and then pressed the call button again, he explained he was busy and asked me to go up to the office. So I put on my hazards and went to see him. He was unable to validate the token as he said his machine was sent me back down and said he would lift the barrier for me. By the time I got back to my car there was a lady struggling with her pass in the right hand channel; it was saying error, so he just lifted her barrier and she drove off....I was still sat waiting! So I rang the call button again I think he was so stressed that he thought he'd let me out not her! He did then raise the barrier letting me drive off some 15 minutes after me driving up to the barrier! When I went to the office today I asked the attendant to make sure he did it correctly...he did - he took my token into the office - I did notice the attendant on the first day put the token on the machine near the door which I think gives a discount for city centre workers which still require you to pay.......don't think he understood the pre-book system despite my showing him my confirmation of booking. The second days experience was perfect and based on that I would use this again if I needed to guarantee a space. I have already told colleagues about it. It was worth the bit extra for the stress free experience!
