Easy access and well lit parking in central London. Cons, a bit expensive and slow staff issuing your exit.Dr Mohammad
the booking process was easy, finding the car park wasn't too arduous for anyone with a navigation app on a smartphone. The car park itself is not that big and the spaces are tight for anything bigger than a city type car, but the presence of some fairly upmarket vehicles suggests it's secure enough! Didn't have to deal with anyone at all during our 24 hour stay. Only very minor gripe was the lack of lift from the carpark to the hotel reception!Julie
really good easy accessAndy
20 minutes walk from Royal Albert Hall, V&A, etc. Secure parking, easy to find and access. Some spaces a bit narrow, but SUVs fitted in! Would park here again!Julia
Very easy if coming from the west. 15-20 min walk to royal Albert hall. Underground parking and loads of space to park. What I mean is the spaces aren’t ridiculously tight. Very close to underground station too.Andy
It was brilliant, easy to find and really close to the shops. However the attendant was very rude.Tracey
Parking bays are a bit narrow, but would highly recommend for convenience, cost and reasonable security.Christopher
Easy to find, very easy to park. Parking assistant Wasn’t very knowledgeable about The pay in advance we did, but he was a nice chap. Would recommend to others.Lou
All worked well, there are no barriers on this site so apparently everything is controlled via cameras. Not sure is as safe as other parking places around which have doors and may have on-site security guards. I had found spaces every time I came into the parking, the middle spaces are a bit too tight. Apart from that not much less to comment or to add. I would come back if my main (closer) parking is not available like it happened this time. Also, as I rented for a month was cheaper than other parkings in the area.Antonio
Secure safe parking in the heart of london for a fraction of the cost. GreatJames
