Easy to find and had no problem,Yunus
The arrangements all worked well but this is a car park only for the brave. You must know your car's size exactly or you are in danger of scraping something. Its old and therefore very tight for modern cars. Anything above the average size of modern car will have to be very careful going round the many bends in this underground labyrinth. The lift to get out is extremely slow and I couldn't find the small entrance doorway to it on the way back, so had to use the car entrance. I would use it again but wouldn't risk it with a Range Rover.Stephen
It is difficult to find the entrance to the parking lotHanna
The parking space was perfect for our requirements and in a secure location. It was also good value. The parking attendant, however, was difficult to communicate with and was unpleasant to the point of rudeness. He kept barking at us to press the buttons we'd been notified not to press in order to carry out the online process, as the car details should have been recognised. Perhaps a little training in customer service with a smile would not go amiss? Overall though, we would recommend this location.Colin
