- Ensure you have given a full description of your space, as this will help it appear more attractive to prospective parkers. This can include details such as whether the space is available 24/7 or just Monday-Friday, or security measures such as CCTV presence at the site.
- Uploading photos of your space can help a great deal too – it reassures parkers and lets them know quickly whether your space is suitable for them.
- Being contactable and responding to enquiries in a timely manner also avoids people finding an alternative space while waiting for a response.
- Checking your rental price against similar spaces in the area and updating it accordingly will ensure your space is also competitively priced.

All tenants must agree to the terms and conditions of the rental which offer you, as the landlord, full protection. These terms and conditions ensure that you will not be held liable for any damages resulting from use of the parking space. Furthermore, the tenant will be responsible for the repair of any damage directly caused by the tenant. We hold a secure deposit for the duration of the rental to cover damages, loss of keys or other such items and/or missed rental payments.
Leave this to us! Our full management service ensures that you don’t have to do anything. We field enquiries, answer questions, negotiate with the tenants, and organise and take the rental payments. All tenants also sign a contract to offer you, as the landlord, full protection.
There’s no need to worry about responding to tenant enquiries, the negotiation process or missed rental payments – we do all this for you to offer complete peace of mind.
We will get in touch with you as soon as we receive an enquiry for your space to discuss the details with you.

All types of spaces can be rented out. Driveways, garages, off-street parking spaces and even open land can be rented out via YourParkingSpace to motorists who are looking for parking or storage.
Parking spaces in locations such as city centres, and those close to railway stations, airports and event venues in particular are always in high demand.
You can earn anything from £40 to £350 per month renting out your parking space. It varies hugely, depending on factors such as proximity to where people work, proximity to train and tube stations, whether there is a stadium or concert venue located nearby, the existence of residents’ parking restrictions, along with other factors such as existing parking provisions.
The price you charge for your space is of course a reflection of the amount you would like to earn from your space. The average price for a space can vary widely depending on location and type of space, therefore we always recommend carrying out a quick check on the site for parking in your area to see what others are charging.
People enquire about your space by sending a message through the site, and we’ll then guide them through the booking process.
To make the process hassle-free we deal with all enquiries, answer questions, and help with negotiations so you don’t have to look out for and respond to enquiries.
When you list your space, a service fee is automatically generated and added on top of the rental price entered. This will usually be around 20% of the overall price, however it can alter depending on location and other factors.
No - listing your parking space or garage is completely free of charge. There are no up-front fees so joining is entirely risk-free.
