Parking on Francis Street, BT1
Carpark in excellent situation, system worked, collected ticket, showed it to staff with printout of our reservation, barrier opened an we left. Easy peasy. Didn’t get car number TIL picked up from car hire shortly before arrival, but added it to app with no problem. Price half that of street parking used by friends for a shorter time when we met over lunch. No problem recommending this car parking system.

Parking on Francis Street, BT1
All was good , apart from the fact that when I pre- booked a parking space online, the email confirmation didn’t inform me that I had to put in my reservation number at a yellow terminal on the way in. The reason was that when I wanted to exit , the shutters were down and I had to phone your attendant to release me. This took 10-15mins. Clearer instructions on pre- booking confirmation email would be important.

Parking on Francis Street, BT1
I was a little sceptical about the app at first because it was so much cheaper than anywhere nearby. So I approached the parking office with trepidation but was so impressed when I got there as he just asked for the registration and then proceeded to give me an exit ticket. Paid £5.25 to park from 5pm to 2pm the following day. Amazing price. It was secure and easy to find too. It's the same parking lot as The Tannery Car Park which is expensive.
