Bootham Crescent is the current home of York City FC. They are known to their fans as The Minstermen after York Minster, the main cathedral in York. Originally founded in 1908, they have only recently returned to the football league, following winning their first national knockout competition the 2011-12 FA Trophy. In 2018 they are due to move to York Community Stadium.
York Rail Station is roughly one mile away from the ground, representing about a 20-minute walk, through the historic city centre, which passes the city walls and the clubs namesake, York Minster.
The local area is filled with exciting attractions, including the Jorvik Centre that celebrates the city’s Viking history. Other interesting pre-match attractions are the National Railway Museum York and York Castle Museum. The ground’s Pitchside Bar and the nearby Burton Stone Inn are both pubs popular with away fans. Regardless of your match day activities, we have guaranteed parking across the city that can be prebooked and can work out cheaper than parking on the day.

Quick and easy to use. You need to use the left hand exit barrier to use the keypad. Half the price of the original car park I pulled into.Wendy
Really easy to park and walk to the station. Will always use the car park when parking at York.Hayley
Easy to find space. Safe and secure parking for just over a week whilst I was in Israel/West Bank. I had forgotten to key in code on arrival (took ticket from machine!). However when it came for me to leave, even though my code want recognised at first, on using the ‘help’ intercom system I was let through with no issues.Steve
Perfect. Very close to where we needed to be, super easy, cheaper that all other options.Lisa
The postcode takes you to the road behind the car park. So people need to be aware of that. Really good car park. Easy to get into and out of. I’m in a wheelchair so needed a disabled spot but the ones allocated to me weren’t disabled. This been said one of the bays had enough space for me to get out comfortably due to the next space been free. For none wheelchair users the car park is brilliant. I will definitely be using again.Sally
Plenty of spaces and 10 min walk max to University St Johns. Was a bit apprehensive that it looked like a pay and display but on the top car park there was a sign saying daily/weekly parking available with the name of the company so realised I was in the right place! Would definitely use again .Gill
