Single space in a car park. Secure, off-street, electronic gate, well-lit at night. Excellent central location, 1 minute walk to Cabot Circus or Portland Square, close to Broadmead and the amenities of the city centre. Very easy access to main roads and the M32 motorway. It's in the courtyard for the flats between Orange, Wilson, St. Paul and lemon lane. The car park is wide so reversing should not be a problem.
Cabot Circus is a large shopping centre that is located in Bristol and it is adjacent to Broadmead which is one of the shopping districts in the centre of Bristol.
Inside Cabot Circus you can expect to find a cinema, various shops, offices, a hotel and a total of 250 apartments. The centre first opened its doors in September 2008, this was after ten years of planning and a total cost of £500 million.
The name Cabot was chosen after a public vote and was based on John Cabot who was an Italian explorer that was associated with Bristol.
Planning approval for the project came through in 2003 and the building work started in 2005. The Circus which is inside the centre is not actually a circus but a huge area with a glass domed roof. The sustainable design which includes low energy lighting, natural ventilation and a rainwater harvesting system won the centre a BREEAM retail award.
Top service with very friendly staff. Good rates and communication.
