The parking space was on an easy to find location, and Victoria was very kind in answering my questions when I met her in her driveway. She's not in the congestion charge zone, and although I drove off in a busy time, it was easy to reverse back into the main road. Will certainly book again wih her.Claudia
Great spot for going to Olympia, it’s a fifteen minute walk that goes through a park. In a culdesac so feels secure as no real passing traffic. Great spotMax
The process of booking was straightforward and worked efficiently. The price gave a £10 saving on the daily rate [not the £20 claimed] and I received email updates. Excellent! My only issue was with exiting the Indigo car park itself. It was not manned when I attempted to leave at 23.35 and it took several minutes to finally get a response from the remote "help". Eventually he found my car registration number on the system and opened the barrier, but it was somewhat frustrating. Yourparkingspace needs to check pricing details and perhaps produce a bar-coded voucher rather than relying on an inefficient and not very helpful car parking company. Hence four stars and not five!B
Very convenient for the Royal Albert Hall.Matt
I was contacted by the owner earlier in the day to pass across the details of access to the space. He was very clear and concise with the instructions. It was a tad awkward at first to find the location and I had to call him back to confirm the space. It did however have the security as per the details and excellent location for Stamford bridge.Ed
Overall I was very pleased with the booking experience, easy booking process and had no real trouble in locating the parking space, would recommend to friends.Graham
App was very easy to download and use, would definitely use your parking space again as it was all very straight forward. Space available on arrival no hassle whatsoever. Spaces a little small but able to park without a problem. Excellent value for money.Nicola
