  • Parking on Clipstone Mews,

All good until I used the car park pay machine (different company Citi Parks) . I needed to pay a little extra for overstaying the booked period and machine failed to give me correct change so ended up £10 out of pocket. No answer to calls for assistance .

  • Parking on Lambs Conduit Street, Holborn,

It was an excellent arrangement. A well located car park for Great Ormond Street Hospital, Russell Square, Grays In Road and the surrounding area. Apart from it being quite difficult to find, (Lamb Conduit Street is split into two navigable sections with a pedestrian area in between), the only concern that I had was that there was no indication that I was parked at the right place. Admittedly there was no other car park in the cul de sac but because it is a small parking area I was still not sure. It was a Saturday and the door to 82 Lambs Conduit Street was locked. I used the voice call and the very polite attendant came out to let me know that I was in the right place and that all was OK. Perhaps a sign with 'Your Parking Space' sign writing would help? Perhaps there is one already but it wasn't obvious to me, only signs saying that I may get my wheels clamped, which was disconcerting. In the end all was absolutely fine thank you.
