Worked very well for us - parking was close to our destination and was clearly safe and well managed. The price was reasonable given that we needed to be flexible. Staff were efficient. The only problem was that driving instructions did not take account of roadwork-diversions which were in force. Will use your services again if located close to destination required.Alan
Great staff easy parking great locationKen
I found the car park easily enough using the postcode and my satnav , I did at first think I may be in the wrong place as it appeared to be a Waitrose Car Park but once I saw a notice in the lift with the Car Park name it was fine. I then noticed Waitrose WAS mentioned on the booking doc I'd printed out. There were plenty of spaces and it's clean & bright, it was a 5 minute walk to the Cutty Sark and the same distance from my son's new lodgings as well as the DLR and underground stations so I will be happy to use again. On pressing the button to leave the concierge didn't ask me any details but I assume he checked the car via CCTV and raised the barrier. I would definitely recommend it to othersSusan
Easy to find. Lots of free spaces. Clean & well lit. Staff friendly & helpful. Good locationJacqueline
No hassle, easy to find and reasonably priced parking space. Drop curve is not very wide. 4x4 just managed to fit. Will use again.Lucy

So easy to book and find, safe and convenient to Greenwich centre, will use again.Nicola
Easy to find and use and a very good price. Really pleased until I tried to leave the car park. The concierge didn't know anything about YPS and would not let me out until i had paid. He kept asking me for a apartment number and refused to raise the barrier. After a full 10 minutes and my patience being tested to the limit, he let me out 'this time, as a favour', his exact words. I think he just let me out as there was quite a queue forming behind me! Would use again, as its right near my mums and a good price, but concerned if you cant get out!Barbara
Perfect from start to finish, will use again when travelling somewhere hard to park (I used to live in Greenwich and know it's an expensive nightmare if you don't have parking permits), this represented really good value for moneyPete
