Excellent staff, really friendly and helpful. Only criticism is that the direction instructions that you send with the booking are wrong. I suggest that you amend them.Steven
The location and cost are both superb but if you miss a spot to park on the first level just as you go through the door then good luck getting down to the lower level. Small car, no worries at all but anything larger and you will struggle and will benefit from a second person to see you through the tiny gap.Chris
Great location (close to London Bridge Station and The Shard). Bit of a tight turn in, but once inside, it was very easy to park in the spaces. I emailed to change the timing of the space, and the support team got back to me very quickly.Anthony
Absolutely fantastic hassle free parking and at a low cost.Simon
