Could not have been more simple to access. Very easy to find, reception staff extremely polite and helpful. I parked for the day and had access to the car on an above ground leave. £12.50 for the entire day 7 - 9pm. Excellent value and a great central London location. Would have no qualms using this parking space again or recommending, it was less than ten minutes to where I needed to be (Red Lion Square). I was using this space over the weekend so there was no issue with having to pay congestion charge fees.Eleanor
Great parking, right in the centre of London.Angelica
Parking is easy to find and very secure. I used google maps to find it and there was no problem the location is so good! Will definitely use again ad will definitely recommendArron jay
The people behind reception are extremely accommodating and very helpful! The parking spot itself is very convenient, short walk away from Holborn and Russell Square and a 1 minute walk away from Great Ormond Street Hospital entrance and local restaurants. I could easily fitted my car, always had access to it and other parking users parked within there spaces. I would highly recommend using this parking space to anyone.Chantel
Very central and extraordinarily convenient. The staff were very helpful. My only grip was that the name of the car park was different and so I missed the turning the first time around and then had a job to get back to the entrance which cost me time and petrol to navigate all around the roads. Once I found the car park the steep drive down to the lower floors was awkward but taking it very slowly all was well. I parked where I could which was easy. I would recommend this place but the name of the car park needs to be much more visible and clearly sign posted as "Adeline Car Park" to make it easier for others find.Paul
Excellent location in Central London, easy to find and easy to get into and out of. Very well lit and secure. Ideal base to leave car and explore.Chris
Very handy for Oxford street shops. Friendly staff. Easy to find and loads of spaces.Mark
Slightly difficult for sat nav to find but this was due to road closures. But when we did very clean and secure. Would definitely use again.Kevin
The space wasn’t big enough because the p---- who parked next to me had a land rover discovery and he obviously lacked the ability to park. I had to push my car into the space because I couldn’t get out of my car once I had parked. The staff were brilliant but the customer who was parked next to me was a r-----.Daniel
