    The car park was easy to find, google maps took us straight there. The spaces were large and the price was excellent when booked online in advance. The only problem we encountered was finding the way back in after dark. We needed to use the lift as the doors had been locked. It is very secure and in a great location. We would definitely use it in the future.

    Going into the Hilton you are worried if you park on a level you might get charged extra. I parked on level -2 and everything was very easy. When you go into other parking hotels you are given a level or certain spaces to park. This was very easy entry and exit.

    Excellent parking space beneath Holiday Inn hotel. As others have said the clearances when entering and leaving are very tight but perfectly ok if you take your time. Got my Kia Sportage in with no trouble but be careful if you have anything any wider as it might not fit! Also not much headroom but again fine if you are careful opening the boot. Would definitely use this space again as there was plenty of room inside.

    Easy to find, clean, well lit and spaced out bays. I accidentally missed the cue to 'press for a ticket' on entry and went for the 'scan credit card' option which meant that I didn't have a ticket to exit with having pre-paid. The very helpful, professional and patient person on the helpline (nobody in the on-site office) was fantastic; cancelled the additional card payment on the system and immediately raised the barrier remotely when I called him. Would use again - not cheap but very convenient and efficient.
