Great space but someone else was in it! Owner friendly and helpful and let me use another.

Last minute decision to drive up to see athletics at the London Stadium and delighted to find this space only a 15 minute or so walk away. Very secure location. Excellent directions provided by the owner. Only given 4 stars as we had a problem with the key fob for the gates - however the concierge's on duty when we arrived and departed were both extremely helpful in sorting us out. Despite this inconvenience no hesitation in recommending this space, and we'd be more than happy to use again.

Fantastic parking space - Alexandra was so accommodating of our lateness in arriving and leaving! Great communication throughout. Such an easy place to park for access to Victoria park festival we were attending. Would not hesitate to book again.

  • Parking on Hertsmere Road, E14

An excellent facility, easy to book, easy to find, clean and politely managed managed office. One drawback: when you enter a floor and discover that the number of spaces is less that indicated (there are none), the one way system takes you to the exit spiral down. If you obey the signs, you cannot enter another floor and would head to the exit. This needs clarification. My solution: ignore the sign and head into the next available floor and if necessary back to the entry spiral. I will use the car park again when in the area.

  • Parking on Queensgate House, Hereford Road, E3

Great liaison with the owner of the space - very helpful and informative. All clear and pretty easy. You'll need a phone with charge to get in and out of the place because you have to ring the gate company and enter a code for the gate to open. if you have a large car, you need to reverse towards the space to get into it, but it's actually a decent size and feels very secure. The entrance is quite tucked away so sat-nav or decent maps are recommended.

I booked the car park for Mon to Fri as I have started a new position in Westferry Circus. On my first morning both entry Barriers had a fault so entry to the car park was prevented. No one answered the call button and no one was available by phone. I had to make alternative arrangements! Tuesday and Wednesday have been much smoother. Very helpful and professional gentleman manning the kiosk on Tuesday evening.
