Friendly, reassuring staff.David
Good location, but hard to find and I couldn’t see a sign that said ‘Upper Marsh’ parking which made it confusion. The security guard was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use again. ThanksRebecca
Easy to find with satnav and also secure, I felt comfortable leaving my car here. Only issue I had was finding the ticket machine to pay before exit - I could see it but couldn’t get to it. Fortunately had help from another customer. Would benefit from directionsJo
It was great except for the indecision as to whether we were in the right place, read the instructions very carefully and it still was not clear that it was the actual hotel car park we were supposed to use. We tried to go ask at reception of IBIS but there were barriers across the door, so we parked in one of the 2 available spaces and hoped for the best. very easy walk to the hospital past Borough Market, barrier was up when we walked back in at 2.15pm so we drove straight out. would recommend as normal price is £5 an hour.Alan
