I must admit that I was a little sceptical about leaving my car as there are signs stating that you need a permit to park there. However, I had no problems, the place was easy to find (even after reading the reviews on here) and the contact was extremely quick to reply to any of my queries.... I would use again...

Seamless booking and use. Prompt and helpful response to a question. Great value, highly recommended, and at only a 10-15 minute walk, perfect for a night out at Ministry of Sound!

Great quite safe spot but spent 1 hour driving around to find it. It states access to space is from Searles Road. Our sat nav kept taking us to a blocked entrance of Searles Road. After asking a local person they said to enter Searles Road via New Kent Road. Found it no bother this way. Use post code SE1 4YY There are two car parks so make sure you check number on apartment near to car park. Would use this space again

It was pretty hard to find the space because, we sat nav'd Searles road as we were directed in the booking to come from this direction. Many entrances into Searles road were gated up, we eventually found one from the A2 though. When we arrived there were many signs advising that we needed to display a valid parking permit. We called Mike the owner and he reiterated that we needed to only display his address on the dash. On closer inspection of the sign a number was provided to contact the parking management company, but we couldn't get through. We called Mike and he basically sighed down the phone and said we would be ok. The situation was very uncomfortable for us as we didn't feel safe there. Within the car park area there was a car fully of middle eastern young men who were staring at our teenage daughter's. I hate to stereotype, you can make your own mind up about how you would feel in this situation. We had an impending reservation so we felt our only choice was to risk leaving the car. Fair enough when we got back the car was ok. But it didn't stop us worrying about it all weekend. I took a picture of the sign and called the number when we got back from London. The car park manager advised we were lucky that a parking attendant hadn't attended the site that weekend because we would have been clamped without a valid parking permit for which all residents are issued. I wouldn't recommend parking here but if you do make sure the owner gives you a permit.
