Great value and ease of use. I parked Fri to Sun whilst taking the train from Piccadilly to London. The instructions and attention to detail made it a breeze at a fraction of the cost of other well known car parking companies. Couldn’t be closer to the station and I’ll certainly have no hesitation in using Q parking again. Highly recommended.

Only problem I had was trying to contact the operator via intercom. it took ages approx 15mins before someone answered. Other than this was very good

Good service, but don't get the idea that pre-booking will guarantee you a space. I booked on line, paid my money and got some very clear instructions via email. However these instructions told me to turn up, press the button, get a ticket and then park my car like any other punter. Only when I was ready to leave should I press the help button and give my booking reference in order to get my ticket validated. So If the car park had been full when I arrived, it would have been tough s**t. There's no advantage in pre-booking. I would use Qparks again, but it's much simpler to pay on the day rather go through the hoop of pre-booking and giving the help operator my booking reference when I exit.

Really easy to find a space - definitely use again - car felt very safe! Don't get put off by some people who have left comments about being confusing to get out of the car park. Press the machine to get a ticket when you enter. Before you leave press the help button at the paying terminals - it will ring and someone will answer. Give your booking ID and name you booked it under. They will then tell you when you are ready to leave, drive up to the barrier and press the help button and tell them your name and the barrier will open to drive out. Simple!

Easy to find and in a good location to all city centre attractions and Piccadilly train station. Left car for 4 days while on holiday with no problems. Would recommend this parking space and will definitely use again.

The parking was as described. Easy to use and easy on the pocket. Half the cost of the standard price. I would be very happy to use the facilities in future.

The facilities were great and the staff were helpful. The only issue we had were the directions provided as they were not correct but the parking was good and it was easy to find a space

I arrived as planned, which was early morning, so got a space on the ground floor which made life a bit easier for getting to Piccadilly station. The station itself is a couple of minutes walk across the bridge, and you're there. When returning, I noticed that I didn't have the bar code on my receipt, to exit. I pushed the help button at the barrier and after a wait, I gave the booking code and was let out. at £8 for 13 hours parking in Manchester city centre, I thought it was a bargain and I will be using this facility again.
