Hard to find, when you do find it it’s off a gated road and in a very sketchy area. If my boyfriend hadn’t been with me I wouldn’t have walked to it on my own. It’s surrounded by squats and graffiti and looks very unsafe. I was shocked my car was still there.

Didn’t feel hugely comfortable leaving my car here and easy to miss the turn off but everything was fine. Likely wouldn’t use again however just do to security levels

Cheap space and good for the centre. Felt a bit unsafe late at night.

Cheap, plenty space but an absolute mess. Not somewhere you'd be comfortable leaving a nice car for long. Didn't appear very secure either but it is a new site i believe so hopefully it will see large improvements.

It was like a waste ground as there was a lot of old bits that had been dumped there. It is also narrow to get in and out of with broken glass and uneven ground that can't be great on the tyres! Theres a lot of graffiti. Not bad value for money on a Saturday but wouldn't park here at night.

Cheap parking space but right next to the canal under the viaduct. Barely enough space to get car along viaduct to parking space. And difficult to turn around. Not lit at all so would not recommend the space if travelling in or out when no daylight. About 25 mins walk to Spinningfields.

The car park is a little further out from the city centre than i would have liked however it's location was great for missing out rush hour traffic after work because it is on the outskirts. My car was always safe and there was always at least one other vehicle parked alongside me. Only reason why i left was due to no lighting inside or around the car park, it's virtually pitch black after 4pm and with the bad weather I've noticed a few homeless people walking into the car park to seek shelter. It makes me feel uneasy walking alone into a dark car park knowing there may be people nearby that I can't see due to no lighting! If you only stay for a short time during the day you'll be fine. When the clocks change back and the sun stays out a bit longer I'll park here but whilst it remains unlit over the winter I'll be going elsewhere

It does appear like waste ground, it is narrow to get in and out of. There’s a lot of graffiti. All that said it’s away from the party goers returning late at night damaging cars even in brightly lit cctv car parks. The gates are locked at night. Our brand new car was perfectly ok. Great value for money.

it looks okay, but I can't tell if it's really safe, it's like burglars can easily access the place to destroy someone's car or steal.
