    The parking space is on the far RHS on a small forecourt in front of a residential building, but there are no markings on the forecourt to demarcate the individual parking spaces. The location was easy to find. Unfortunately at the time of our arrival the remaining space was far too small for our car because a range of trade vans were already parked there taking up most of the available space. This did cause a few moments of concern, but as I phoned and left a message for the owner of the space one of the trade vans pulled away leaving a space in the middle of the row. Our car (a RAV4) did fit in the space (just), but left us very little room to open doors and exit the car. Both my passenger and I had to brush past closely parked adjacent cars to exit which in the rain meant that our clothes became wet and dirty.
