Convenient and central parking

Arrived to find only a disabled space empty. Pre booked and pre payed means nothing as car park is obviously oversubscribed at all times. Would find it difficult to recommend

Good location, not so sure about the arrangements when no spaces are available. A second location is indicated but refers to using a ticket from the machine or reception.
