  • Parking on Hampton Hilton Hotel, B15

There was no barrier on entry so I wasn't sure if we'd been 'registered', so for peace of mind went into hotel reception to check, which took additional time, queueing in the hotel. All was fine, but would have been good if the app could reflect this. Also substantial roadworks immediately by the car park entrance, with the road closed in places. Parking space was fine, on the roof.

  • Parking at Birmingham Springhill Tesco, B18

Easy to find with sat nav, and plenty of spaces to pick from, (Wednesday night 6pm). Within 15 minutes walk to the Utilita Arena, saved queuing to leave their car park and at a third of the cost. Would use again.

Ideal place to park if your going to utilita arena only 10 min walk and drive straight out after concert no traffic to get stuck in also it’s out of the congestion charge area so it’s cheap and convenient

  • Parking on Brindleyplace, B1

Easy to find. Barcode scan didn't work so buzzed the attendant who answered promptly. Very polite and advised that I drive to the barrier. I did this and a very helpful parking chap lifted the barrier to let me out without any hesitation. Excellent experience and will definitely use again

  • Parking at Mailbox Car Park, B1

Very easy to find and the payment system worked well (and saved me money). Only thing preventing 5 stars is the queues to get out later in the evening but would park there again

  • Parking at Birmingham Springhill Tesco, B18

Be aware that the Tesco car park (which this is) is not the open air one as shown in picture but on other side of the road. Its easy to find and pretty large so you can't miss it. I found the car park convenient and ideal for Birmingham arena (about a 15 min walk). Those Arena carparks are a nightmare to get out off after a big concert, I would recommend this as an alternative

Plenty of spaces and it was nice not to have to worry about paying for parking! Nice car park tucked away from the main streets.
