The area was secure, cheap and good location...we was able to extend the stay by an hour at no extra cost...will use again.

Nice and secure cheap place to park right near the train station and the Bull ring, just a little hard to find :)

Great safe parking space! Read the instructions carefully and you won't have any issues. I would definitely recommend.

It wasn't a good experience at all. It to find but trying to find entrance was terrible. Then to top it to exit was just as bad. I wouldn't recommend parking at night it was spooky

This is a really good Car Park.. . Safe/Secure Underground access. . Location very close the City Centre. . Plenty of spaces . Easy to find However, its 4 stars for this reason. I refer you to the picture of the entrance. Secure is via a code (remember to use a hash (number + #)). This gets you through a roll shutter found about 50 feet in. This system is great and work fine. Parking up easy, just find a spare place. Leaving the car park is via a door and stairway, at the top is a security door. Press the button you are out on to the street, near the entrance in the picture. This door also has a key code access, however the code give, doesn't work here. A bit of a disconnect I think. AFIAK you have to use the rolling shutter. I will be using this again in the future, until the congestion charging zone comes into effect sometime 2020.

Now I know where the parking is, I would use again. However, the post code takes you to Hill street and with so much traffic, it was difficult to drive slowly and search. So ended up driving around 3 times before parking found. On return, couldn't find pedestrian access into garage but the attendant answered assistance call immediately and came out to help us. He was very pleasant. Unfortunately I didnt remember what level my car was on, other than using lift 8. Annoyingly, the doors to lift 8 were locked, so panic started to creep in as we wandered around and used lift 9! Parking only a few minutes walk from bullring and like I said, would use again.

Outstanding value and convenient location. The need to replace the keypad on the door next to the entrance mentioned in a previous review is important. It could panic those unaware of it. We ended up opening the car entrance shutter instead. An easily avoidable problem.

Easy to find and access the car park. No problem with the code to get out on foot, however on return the code wouldn't open the pedestrian door, which meant we used the car access to get back in. Would absolutely use this car park again.
