Of course! YourParkingSpace has a space owner community of over 30,000 individuals. We do not release any of your private information to a driver until the booking has been placed and paid. The driver receives your details, and we pass you their details in return, in case you need to get in touch.
Yes! However, if your availability calendar is up to date, you shouldn’t need to cancel any bookings. Should you find yourself unable to honour a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible

Absolutely! During the creation of your listing we will ask if your parking space requires a permit. Simply select ‘yes’ and we will prompt you with any other necessary information.
Rental payments can be paid via Paypal or bank transfer. To select your preferred payment method, please log in to your account and go to Payment Preferences to add your details. If a payment preference has not been added, your funds will remain secure with YourParkingSpace until a payment option is added.
All rental payments are paid out on the first business day of the following month.
For example, rent for completed bookings in January will be paid on the first business day in February.
This will depend on how attractive your listing is. Our drivers book their parking based on 3 key factors; location, price and user reviews. Utilise our recommended pricing tool to ensure your listing will be competitive for the location and your fantastic user reviews will follow!
