The carpark is very central, which is obviously very handy. However, once my car was parked I was no longer able to use it - it had to remain in the carpark. This seems pretty unreasonable considering the high cost of parking there and how little is required to let a car in and out of the carpark. Probably wouldn't use it again for this reason.

Great facility, well signposted and access to spaces aplenty. Having pre booked, I confirmed my code upon exit. I will use this car park again!

The parking was great, easy to access, near the city centre and very clean and tidy. The big problem was I'd prepaid online and couldn't get out without being asked to pay again. Several phone calls to car park assistance followed, as the car park was unmanned, and they still couldn't find my booking. It therefore took some 15 minutes and causing a queue at the car park exit for me to get out of the car park.

Good parking, yards from where we wanted to be. Can be quite tight for a large car. Followed the instructions as the email but had to get assistance when exiting...

No problem on arrival however when I put ticket in machine to validate it wanted to charge £12.50 even though I prepaid. When I got to barrier it still asked for payment outstanding. I pressed intercom and managed to resolve

Parking was fine but instructions for our prepaid ticket were appalling causing a delay on exiting the car park for us and the people behind us. When we pressed the help buzzer at the exit barrier the operator was very unhelpful asking for information code for booking that she would not accept. I was just about to pay again just to get out and stop holding up the many cars stuck behind us when another operator approached us and sorted it out. Won’t be prebooking (and paying) agian.

Great parking for the Edinburgh Playhouse. Finding a space was no problem but couldn't activate ticket on leaving, pressed he help button on the ticket pay machine and was told to go to an exit barrier and press the help button. We were stuck at the barrier for 10 min as there was no help button to push. Luckily a worker came to our rescue and they seemed to know that we were told to press a help button that wasn’t there so must be a common problem.
