Space was clear, ready to go. Only thing I'd say (this has nothing to do with the owner) is make sure when entering the postcode, you ensure it takes you to the address before setting off. My Sat-Nav took me to a spot on the M1 and told me I'd arrived! Putting the road in worked.Marc
