Easy to book, easy to park, lots of spaces and a great idea if you are waiting for someone to get off a flight from Heathrow as it is so close!Helen
Easy to park, cheap price, only 8 minutes from Terminal 5. Just park and go, no need to register your details at reception. Only cost £5.50 in an uber, would definitely use again.Ed
Convenient and easy to find the address and good communication. However a clearer indicator of which specific parking space in front of the designated garage would be helpful. I double checked with the owner to be certain. A identification mark or a number on the garage door would help.Martin
Excellent parking space for Heathrow. Communication from owner was prompt. You park up, walk 5 minutes to the free bus and thats it. A lot cheaper than official car parksTimothy
As easy as park/pick up and leave. Loved that I didn't have to hand my keys to anyone. As it's a hotel, it looked/felt secure. Only issue was that the cheapest taxi to heathrow T5 was £9 and from heathrow T5 to here was £22 (early afternoon), so factor those prices in when looking for quotes.Mina k thajali
Easy, convenient and great attention to detail. Water and chocolate in the car when I returned.Rachel
10/10: My experience with Allan has been excellent from beginning to end. Not only he provided detailed information before the day I was meant to drop the car, but he even had the kindness to leave a cold water bottle and chocolates on my return. The whole process didn't involve any close contact with anyone, which is very useful in these CO-VID times. Thank you Allan, I am sure I will be back.Servando
Not a bad location for Terminal 4 or 5. A short 6 minutes walk to the bus stop and another 6 minutes ride to T5. You can Uber to LHR for at least £8 but the return is double that for some reason. I chose the bus option as I didn’t have a lot of luggage and they’re quite frequent, maximum 10 minutes wait. Owner is friendly and helpful. He was considerate with handling my key using gloves to keep in line with COVID recommendations. I returned on one of the hottest days of the year and I had a bottle of chilled water waiting in the car - nice touchHo Yuen
Plenty of room to park. Very easy to find and only 5min walk to bus stop to get you to t4 or t5 Also owner very quick to respond with clear instructions. Definitely use againDaniel
