Directions to actual car park on email instructions was unclear so had to call to clairify, but apart from that all was excellent. Prompt attention from staff representative at car, easy to deal with and secure. Only 2 mins walk from the IOW ferry terminal which was superb for me as I was travelling as a foot passenger. Will definitely use again and highly recommended.Ralph
Very good secure car park with friendly helpful staff. The car park at Portsmouth is next to the continental ferry terminal and not the Isle of Wight ferry as we had thought. Staff advised this was a "common problem", so it would be good to make this clearer. Having said that, staff were very helpful and provided directions. Good value for money.Colin
On line booking was simple with clear and concise instructions of what to do on arrival and exit. Everything went smoothly parking up with plenty of room within the multi storey used. On exit the car park attendant in the office was very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant experience and will be used again next time.Victor
Easy to find and very good value for money. We will use again.Peter
Car park had plenty of spare spaces and both the attendants I spoke to were very helpful. The proximity of the car park to the ferry terminal helped me to get off to a good start on my cycling holiday to France.Andrew
I would thoroughly recommend, very easy to use and so close - just a couple of minutes walk from the ferry terminal building. Would def use again. Large multi storey car park, seemed very safe - the only downside was trying to find, could be clearer sign posted.Vickie
Friendly staff and close to ferry. Found it difficult to find using Sat Nav. Would use again.Richard
Great place to park, 15 mins walk to the Ageas Bowl (even in 34 degree heat). Owner was very helpful and clear with instructions & directions. Would recommend without question.Lindsay
Great experience - would definitely recommend the service to others. In fact I did for a couple of friends yesterday, as we were meeting for the same event, and we all ended up at the same parking location! Very friendly space 'owner'.Julian
This is the same carpark Brittany ferries use, next to Departure lounge but half the price. Very happy.Robert
