Very reasonable rates, and secure parking. Finding the property was easy with SatNav. Concierge was really nice, and helpful. Parking space located underneath the property, accessed via secure metal electric door, for which we were given a key fob to use at night. I have a 2004 Honda CRV and had do problems parking in the allocated space, although I would say anything much bigger might find it a bit of a squeeze. Literally around the corner to Pimlico tube (zone 2 I think), just 2 stops from Victoria.

A safe secure parking space that was easy to find. I needed to access the car after the concierge hours and was given a fob to open the gate. The one query I had was very quickly answered by the owner. Would have no hesitation in recommending this space.

  • Parking on John Islip Street

Very good price for the location. The parking is quite narrow and small. The entrance is not on John Islip Road but on Thorney Street. It's also not very obvious how to get out from there as the lift to the reception was not working (you just need to go out from the car entrance. the gate will open as you walk out)

Easy to find, communication with Kofi was first class, prior to parking and after parking. Definitely would use again

Excellent parking space! Very convenient for US embassy, detailed instructions on how to find, good value compared to other options.

Absolutely brilliant! We had to attend a funeral nearby and due to commitments could only travel down from Norfolk on the day. We needed something close and secure and ideally with a bit of privacy as we needed to change when we go there. Ticked all the boxes! I'd talked to Mohamed a couple of days before and he was friendly and helpful. On arrival the concierge was great. He literally walked us to the parking space and talked us through the entrance and exit procedures. The space was very secure and private. Excellent experience and if we need to be in the neighbourhood again, will definitely be top of our list! Thank you !

As the location information said it was very easy to find, nice wide spaces, and a very secure car park for London. Left the car on a Friday afternoon only needed to keep the ticket, returned to collect the car on Sunday afternoon, and was given a valid card at the reception desk to raise the barrier.

Hi unfortunately when we arrived at the car park entrance we were not allowed in. The car park is attached to a Hilton hotel which we have used many times before but customer services had no record of our booking. I had to leave the car at the car park entrance and walk to the hotel reception and physically show them my booking on my phone. When seeing my booking was valid I was allowed access to the car park but again the concierge again said they had no record , not sure why maybe you could check for me and let me know. Thanks.

Great spot for Hamilton theatre at Victoria just 10 minute walk. Very secure, took me a little while to actually find it as trade vans had blocked entrance. However kind concierge directed us to very secure underground car park. Very happy with service and would use again anytime. Always use Park my car !

The entrance wasn’t the easiest to find, it is quite hidden and small (also pay attention to the road markings as the right lane is for in and left one is for the exit). Speak loudly when interacting with the intercom as I spent a good 5 minutes saying hello on repeat until he could hear me clearly. The car park is very small and tight, with tight corners and pillars everywhere caution is advised. However the car park seemed secure and did the job, ideal location to sight see Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and the London Eye. Would use again (especially now I know the above!)
