First time in Birmingham. I asked one of the attendants how to get to High St. I have great difficulty walking and I was going to see a surgeon. The guys were just changing shifts and the one who was going home offered my wife and myself a lift to High st. You have not got enough stars to cover this situation. But the best thing was I am a 70 year old Villa supporter and he supported Birmingham City. Amazing Guy. Brilliant serviceDavid
Unbelievable value for money! Ideally situated for access to hotels and the Bullring. On top of that - had peace of mind that it was safe and secure. Will definitely, definitely use again!!Helen
Great location and great price but a bit weird! There was no way in - the barrier didn't rise and there was no response to the intercom - so I followed the car in front in via the exit. There was no one in the office and no 'phone number, so I don't suppose I needed to pay?Stewart
Great central location and 24h security at a fraction of the on-the-day price. Recommended!Marcel
Booked for visit to the NIA on a Saturday night. The owner, Max, was very polite and helpful. I sent a text to say we had arrived and he appeared within seconds to let us in. The parking is in a well lit, gated, residential complex, a straightforward 10 minutes stroll from the NIA. He gave us a key to access the building on our return, with instructions on where to leave it. We avoided the horrendous congestion leaving the multi-story carparks, on previous visits it's taken over an hour to get out! I would definitely use this space in future.Tracy
Really efficient and easy parking for the arena - couldn't have gone more smoothly, thank you Max.Liz
A really straightforward experience (once I had found the car park!). Plenty of spaces which I had been a little worried about as I arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon. A good central location in Chinatown which is also v close to the Bullring and its many retail opportunities!Kate
Brilliant car park, easy to find, plenty of spaces, a lot cheaper when booked online in advance, very close to the hippodrome, once we found the parking attendant to let us out it was easy, maybe a bit more signage pointing out where the attendants are as we were on a level where there wasn’t one.Natasha
Exactly as described. Both the actual parking space and process for exit were excellent.Andrew
A very convenient parking space however the pothole needs fixing by the entrance as my daughter fell in it and is injuredGillian
