Very happy with this process. Simply book, turn up and park right outside the hotel. Make sure you tell the reception you booked the parking and provide them uour reg number. Reasonable charges also. Excellent service

It was very easy to find, however when I arrived there were no spaces left, even though I had booked and paid for a space. I had to then park at the side, which was not a designated bay, so I’m hoping I don’t receive any penalty for this.

Good space and clear guidance on possible wait for a space to become available. Very easy to find but care required when getting into site.

I would first of all say the booking process and follow-up information email's prior to us parking-up here were straightforward and informative enough so as not to leave any issues other than just the one, which was no designated space. Having been up there the previous week, it was clear to see abandoned cars due to all spaces taken, so I was left to wonder what do I do if I arrive and there are no spaces? Fortunately, on arrival there was a space (3 available all-in), so no problems this time. For £3 a night and to literally parking at the front of the hotel, it's a bargain, so of course I would do it again. If I did have a bone of contention with the firm running this car-park, it's on the basis there are plenty of signs advising their terms and conditions, making it absolutely clear any violation would be likely to a fairly hefty charge, so when you see a car parked for 24hrs, breaching these terms and parked directly next to a sign, on the drive through part of the car park, you are bound to wonder how this car-park is monitored, and again, on the basis of far more cars just abandoned where-ever they could, the previous week! Again, it brings me back to what was I to do if there were no spaces available on arrival?
