Q: Before starting at YPS what were your thoughts about the parking industry?
A: I always assumed car parks were run the same way and always struggled to find parking when turning up to busy locations.
Q: How was your welcome to the team/first days?
A: Everyone in the business was so welcoming when I first joined, and from this, I quickly realised it was a company where I could build a career.
Q: How would you define working at YPS in three words?
A: Exciting, Innovative and Unique.
Q: How has your role changed since joining YourParkingSpace?
A: I joined the business as a Senior Account Manager 2 years ago, the management at YPS was great at not only identifying my potential but more importantly gave me the knowledge and experience to now be in the role of Head of Account Management for the past year.
Q: Account Management at YPS, why is it important?
A: The key to a successful business is ensuring existing and new clients are not only provided with first-class support but most importantly we go above and beyond to ensure they don't want to work with another company. The team do a fantastic job at this and is a big factor in the success of the growth within YPS.
Q: What do you consider to be the most rewarding aspect of your role as Head of the Account Management Team?
A: Seeing members of the team progress and grow within their roles is great to see, I am always looking at areas in which I can provide training/development for all staff and it is extremely rewarding to watch members of the team excel!
Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?
A: Football and Golf are big hobbies for me however my free time is limited being a dad of twins!
Q: How do you see YourParkingSpace’s future?
A: A lot more success to come! Exciting opportunities internationally are on the horizon which will really transform the business!
