Nissan Leaf10 marks EV milestone

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Leaf's launch, Nissan has brought out a special edition model

Nissan has launched a special edition of its Leaf to celebrate the pure-electric model’s tenth anniversary.

The Nissan Leaf10 marks the start of a new chapter in automotive history, as the first mass-produced pure-electric car to go on sale in the UK and around the world.

With inspiration coming from tNissan’s forthcoming Ariya SUV EV, the Leaf10includes features such as in-car WiFi, Intelligent Rear View Mirror, and Nissan’s ProPilot driver assistance and e-Pedal ‘one-pedal’ driving systems.

There are more than 180,000 Nissan Leaf owners across Europe, and the special edition of the popular EV features distinctive Kumiko patterning along the roof, wing mirrors, and boot lid, brought over from the Ariya’s design.

The Leaf10 is available either in black or white colour schemes, is fitted with 17-inch alloys on N-Connecta models, and starts at £28,820 (inc. Plug-in Car Grant). Order books are open now.
