So to lower it, twist the top and lower into the ground. To raise it, pull the post out of the ground to full height and twist the top to lock it in place. DO NOT PUSH THE KEY BUTTON DOWN AT ANY TIME PLEASE! Please pull up and secure the metal security bollard when leaving, by pulling up and twisting the handle at the top to lock it in place.
