Need to know

Call Airparks when you're around 20 minutes away to let them know you're on your way.

Head to the Valet parking area at the airport. Your driver with ID will meet you, check over your car and take your keys. They'll park for you in the secured Airparks car park while you walk to the terminal.

On your way back, walk to the Valet parking area where your driver will be waiting with your shiny clean car. Collect your keys and you'll be back home with no waiting around.

Electric vehicle charge

The car park has four 7kw charging points, compatible with all makes and models of electric car. You'll need to leave your charging cable in your car and set your charging limit (especially Tesla Drivers) to 'Trip' for a full charge.

Gold valet car wash

You'll be coming home to a sparkling clean car with the Airparks Gold valet. Expect a full interior and exterior clean – it'll be washed, dried and vacuumed with tyre shine applied, all your interiors spruced up and a token air freshener for that new-car smell.

No wait guarantee

Airparks are so confident about their Premium Meet and Greet service that they've included a No wait guarantee.

If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50%, and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back!

This guarantee applies as long as:

• The correct return flight number, landing date and time have been given.
• Your flight doesn't land more than 15 minutes early, unannounced.
• There aren't any vehicle issues that prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical or fuel.
• There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
• Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.

Accessibility

Airparks Premium Meet and Greet is ideal for those with accessibility needs, as there's no need for shuttle buses. The drop-off point has two designated accessible bays with ramped walkways to the terminal.

The small print

Online check-in is included. Check in online in about 20 seconds and park your car even faster.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). There's no height restriction.

Your car will be moved no more than 12 miles while it's with Airparks.
