Need to know

Drop your car off at Terminal Car Park 1. A member of the team will meet you and park your car while you walk to the terminal.

When you get back, just give the number on your booking a quick call and your car will be brought to your collection point.

The postcode for satnavs and a link for what3words will be in your booking confirmation to make your journey easier.

Late return cover

Flight delays can happen, but with our Late Return Cover you can relax, because you'll be refunded any extra parking charges you pay.

Hang on to your receipt for any overstay charges and include any flight documentation you have (receipt, boarding pass etc.) and we'll refund you any charges you've paid for up to 48 hours.

Accessibility

This service works well for guests with limited mobility. There's no need to catch a shuttle bus.

Security

Your car's in safe hands. We only work with trusted car parks that take care of your car like it's their own. While your car's with them, it's fully protected – so you can head off without a second thought.

The car park is in a gated compound and secured by:

• Security barriers
• CCTV
• 24-hour patrols

All uniformed drivers are fully insured and background checked.

The small print

The maximum height for this car park is 2.1 metres.

You'll have 15 minutes to exit the car park once your car is returned. Stay longer, and you'll need to pay extra at the barrier.

No Wait Guarantee

This car park comes with a ‘No Wait Guarantee'. If you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50% and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back. This applies to the North Terminal only.

This guarantee applies as long as:

• You are arriving back at the North Terminal.
• The correct return flight number, landing date and time have been given.
• Your flight doesn't land more than 15 minutes early, unannounced.
• There aren't any vehicle issues that prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical, fuel.
• There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
• Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.
