    it has a gate to drive through, it also has tarmac on the floor so you wont have to carry your car in. It has a machine to take yet more of your cash. I left the carpark with car in one bit. Thanks car park you took my cash without problems respect !

    On the whole, as far as paying for parking goes it was extremely easy to use this car park in Glasson Dock. I used the QR code under the forward facing Number Recognition Camera facing the entry/exit. It worked correctly the first time and I was able to pay for the amount of time I assumed we'd need during the time of our visit. My farther who has a "Blue Badge System" thought it didn't apply to him because "You don't need to pay" well good luck with that one. This is an unmanned car park, so how does the camera decide who pays and who doesn't. I wonder if some of the elderly uses who perhaps don't have a smart phones decided that the rules don't apply to them and park anyway. The signage categorically says it's a £100 fine which will be reduced by 40% if paid within 14 days. One person who used the Huawei type iPhone could not get his phone to take him to the appropriate website. I tried helping him out but other family members took over, so I don't know how that worked out. Several other elderly customers were also walking around saying, "We have a Blue Badge we don't have to pay, my answer to that was 'well good luck with that'. On the whole, we had a smashing day at Glasson Dock I would have liked to have had better control over adding extra time to our stay, because my dad just made it back to the car to scoop up the mobility scooter back into the car just as our 2 hours were up. Overstaying allotted time was also subject to a hefty fine.

    It was fine. Excellent position for strolling to canal or along Lune estuary. Took a while to access the payment due to my phone signal. Just had to wait for app to download but it was very easy to use once downloaded. QR codes a good idea also.

    First time using this app and it was so easy and quick. Great spot to park and seems to be enough space for everyone.

    Easy to park, app easy to use for payment, but price is a bit steep compared to what it used to be.

    Gravel but flat. Nice view of Glasson Marina. Must be tricky for those without skills to use the app.
