Please park as far back on concrete pad as possible to leave space for my car to swing right and park on the gravel.

I'll do my best to leave gates open for your arrival, happy for you to close them if you prefer but happy to leave open throughout your stay as they are heavy!

Electric 7kw charging is at the property but not included at the price stated.

3 min walk to headingley stadium, cameras, security lights and a tiny floofy ginger cockapoo most definatley in the window to keep an eye on your vehicle!

(Refurbed garden and drive in June 2023, prior to this it was a mud bath with a garage making it tight to park and no fencing at all incase the reviews and street view confused you!)
