The parking space is in a private car park at the back of Mayo Court, Mayo Road. The entrance to the car park is on Richmond Road which is around the corner. This is useful to know if you use sat-nav.

To create your e-permit, the owner of the parking space will need you to provide them with your number plate, car colour & proof of insurance a few days in advance so they can register your car with the company who monitors the car park through CCTV.

The car park is up a hill, is about 15 minutes walk from the famous Brighton Lanes, 25 minutes walk direct to Brighton Pier, 20 minute walk to Brighton Train Station & a 10 minute walk to London Road Train Station

Bus numbers 50, 46 & 26 can get you back up the hill to bus stop Princes Crescent & it's a 10 minute, flat walk around the corner to the car park.

Happy renters since 2022. One driver mentioned possible damage in his review but unfortunately didn't inform us at the time, so couldn't check CCTV. No other concerns have been raised.
