One allocated space located on Roosevelt Avenue in LANCASTER. The space is close to Cottage Museum, Freeman's Wood and Lancaster. The space is suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Large - (4x4). At this location there is Allocated space and Security lighting.

The space is available 24 hours on all days. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

This is a very wide drive in a quiet and well-respected estate. The train station is a 12-minute walk away through cul-de-sacs and an orchard footpath, or you can stay on the main roads.

Alternatively, a small bus stops outside the house every 30 or 60 minutes and will take you to the station in 6 minutes and back in 4 minutes.

There is added security in that we have a street light directly outside the house, and on some days (weekdays and weekends) the house is occupied all day.

Please see the photo of alternative parking a minute's walk away. This on-street parking has led to complaints by householders and is amid traffic-calming measures. Our parking space keeps you away from all this and is much cheaper than the train station car park fee of £12 per day, as shown on another photo.

The house is less than a mile from the National Cycle Network, 7 miles from Heysham Port, and a 20-minute traffic-free walk from Royal Lancaster Infirmary - all reasons people have parked here.
