Near right as you turn into the development from Tower Road. Drive past 3 blocks of flats on your right and then turn right into car park. There are two further blocks of flats after the car park.
The spot is plot 9-there is a small silver circular plaque there to show you which space (it is the third one from left to right if you are looking at them).
An easy 15 minute walk to Epping Underground Station where parking is almost never available and now £12!
