Was unsure if we needed a ticket as there was a machine asking for pin. Emailed your parking space and received a quick response. Also received help from competent staff there. Very easy to get a place. Has a lift which was helpful for us. Great experience. Would use again.

Payed £3.95 to park all day in center of Liverpool quite easy to find arrived at 9.40am on Saturday and found a space on level 7 of 14. On leaving just press the help button and tell them prepaid on line and tell them your reg number. I must admit for the price I was a bit dubious but everything went fine and will definitely use again.

Satnav for the carpark postcode took us straight to the entrance. Took ticket and parked up. Very clean and well presented, lifts worked fine snd staff on the desk very helpful. On return we simply drive to the exit, presses the intercom button and explained we had pre-paid online. They asked for our registration number and that was that. Excellent position for both the city centre and only a short walk to the docks and ferry areas. Would definitely use again. Excellent position, friendly, secure and all at a great price. *****

Excellently priced, and carpark was clean and felt safe. However, directions that the app linked to were incorrect as it tried to take me down a pedestrian route, so wasted 15 mins trying to actually find the place. As someone else mentioned, the entry instructions are wrong. The barrier does not raise on approach, You need to take a ticket, then on exit press the ‘i’ button and the operator will ask you for your registration number. I was nervous about this but it worked perfectly. I will definitely park there again now I know where it is. Very cheap (£7.90 for 48 hours) and quite central.

Great easy service. Note that the entry instructions were wrong - barrier did not raise on approach, had to take a ticket, then press the ‘i’ button on exit and state car reg ... all very easy though.

Excellent location: 5 minute walk from our hotel (Aachen Hotel on Mount Pleasant); 7 minute walk from city centre shops; 15 minutes (maximum) walk from Cavern Club, museums, Albert Dock, etc. Secure and very cheap parking. Very happy. Second time we've used this car park while enjoying a mini-break in Liverpool.

Great. We wanted a location close to the Philharmonic Hall and central to Liverpool for restaurants and shopping, and the location of Heathfield St was perfect. Great value as well at £3.95 for 12 hours. We booked and paid in advance but when we got there it wasnt clear where we should park. The place was almost full and were lucky to find a spot, we thought that we had reserved a spot by the fact we had booked but that didnt appear to be the case.

Good car park and very cheap.I was confused with the navigator because the map show me the good way only in the pedestrians way and the intercom is not working all the time. The guy from office was very kind with me.Thank you.
