Space Description

Parking spaces located on Exchange Road in Watford. The spaces are suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Large - (4x4). At this location there is CCTV, Security Lighting and On-Site Staff.

The spaces are available 24 hours on all days. You can only enter/exit this car park once throughout the duration of your booking.

Right next door to Watford High Street, Church which provides great access to the Harlequinn Shopping Centre. It’s also in close proximity to Watford Palace Theatre, local shops and is well within walking distance of the High Street train station: perfect for commuters heading into London.

PLEASE NOTE: This is camera controlled car park which only allows entry and exit during times entered when booking. Wherever possible, allow yourself additional time on either end of your start and end times to ensure a seamless parking experience. One entry and one exit is permitted for short term stays.

When booking monthly you will be contacted to provide your postal address as a permit will need to be sent to you. Please note, it takes CitiPark 2 full working days to process a monthly booking request, so your start date may need to be adjusted to accommodate this.

**Any bookings received after 3pm Friday, will not be processed until the following Monday, and therefore you start date will need to be adjusted to ensure you receive the permit.

    Easily to get a space and fairly close to train station and tube, however, wouldn't want to walk it if raining etc as 15-20min walk. Said I had to pay once I tried to leave but press the button and they sorted it nice and quickly and let me out. Would use again.

    No real issues, barrier raised upon arrival however on leaving the barrier stayed shut but after speaking via the intercom the barrier raised and allowed us on our way. Would use again

    Easy to find and ANPR worked fine on entry. Extremely busy so ended up on rooftop floor. Unfortunately the lift didn’t work so I had to climb 10 sets of stairs on my return - not something my bad knees appreciated! The ANPR didn’t work on exit - pressed the call button repeatedly with no response. Eventually someone came to let me out but I would not use this carp park again if I could help it.

    Arrived and had immediate automatic entry, all good so far. Returned to the car 35 mins before predicted exit but barrier would not raise and machine said a further £4.00 to pay. Held everybody up whilst I eventually found an attendant (luckily) who looked at my booking and raised the barrier before my 190 return home trip. Not entirely successful.

    Very easy to use, but as it was " Match day" very bust. We parked on the roof. Staff helpful on exit information. Recommend

    Luckily I had checked where the car park was on Google before setting off otherwise I would’ve missed it! I went in and the machine didn’t give me any ticket. At the exit it didn’t recognise my number plate but two lovely members of the staff helped and and I was on my way in no time. Was great, plenty of spaces and easy parking.

    Car park was a bit tricky to find as the address was Exchange Road but the postcode was Church Street according to my sat nav. Barrier went up when it recognised my reg. number but I didn’t get a ticket generated. Thought there would be a designated space but just had to drive up until I found one vacant. Glad it wasn’t a busy day! Car was safe and still there when we got back after three days. When we tried to leave, the system wouldn’t recognise our reg and we didn’t have a ticket to raise the barrier so we pressed the call button and an operator opened the gate for us. Overall happy with the service and will use again.
