Handy and convenient for the football but the parking attendents never had a clue about my pre payment when leaving this caused a lot of delaying and confusion especially as I was asked to pay £10 extra.

A very central car park, but not suitable on Watford FC match days. Took a long time to get through the town to the car park. Getting away was worse. The exit is straight onto a very busy road and cars were unable to leave the car park smoothly because of this.

Pretty much hassle free parking. A couple of issues with barriers now and again but always sorted quickly. Staff on and off site very pleasant. Had damage to bumper from other vehicle owner but on the whole car was safe and secure.

I pre booked a space for £5 at this car park as we was attending Carabao Cup game at Vicarage Road. The instructions was to drive to the barrier it would recognise my vehicle reg and the barrier would raise and I would entre. On arrival I drove to the gate after queuing for 30 minutes the registration recognition did not work. I called the intercom on the ticket machine, NO ANSWER so I took a ticket and entered. On exiting I decided to pay my ticket as I did not expect the registration recognition to work. The price for my ticket at the machine was £3 ?? Again we had to queue for over 30 minutes to exit the car park but this time as I drove to the barrier it raised automatically??

Found entrance on second attempt. Arrived at barrier pressed help button to let me in No answer .....I had a line of angry behind me queuing to get in.....horns sounding and some nice comments...... tried help button again but still no answer .......So in the end resulted in pressing button for ticket (but in small print of conditions I have cancelled my booking) Meaning I would have to PAY again on leaving the carpark ,this resulted in a extra £6 cost. Not very happy. I RECOMEND YOU JUST WAIT AND WAIT AT THE BARRIER AND SUFFER THE ABUSE

Barrier did not lift on arrival. Could not get a answer via intercom. Queues behind were reaching road so had to press button to issue ticket. No problems finding space. On leaving an attendant was present at exit barrier who assisted on us leaving having giving him booking ref number took a few minutes but the centre eventually lifted barrier so didnt have to pay extra.

We found the car park easily enough as the signage outside is good. Once we got to the barrier, we weren't really sure what to expect (was there ANPR or not etc). After a few seconds, we realised there was no ANPR so we pressed the call button to ask for advice. There were 2 ticket machines and we pressed the call button on both but there was no answer. It appeared that the call buttons weren't actually working. With a growing queue behind us, we pressed the button for a ticket. We called 'yourparkingspace' to ask for advice. They advised to speak to the parking attendant. If we ended up paying again, they would refund the amount if we emailed a copy of the ticket/receipt. When we spoke to the attendant, she advised us to just go straight to the exit barrier, press the call button and explain the situation. We did this and were let straight out.
