My Car was secure. However, the place looked like a dump. It hadn't been cleaned at all. It looked like a homeless person's abode. I'll avoid using this next time...

I would recommend as this was so close to where my Hotel was and great value for money, only issue was the directions include a no entry road so I had to detour to get to the location also the location could be cleaner.

Just Super Perfect! We stayed at The Shard and it was so easy to find the car park and actually I had my car parked infront of the garage door when I went in to the Hotel to check in. Half a minute from the door of the Shard. Plenty of space, safe, convenient and very cheap. Would highly recommend anybody and surely will be using all the time when in the area. Just one thing that it does smell a lot of urine and does seem there is some homeless people camp there. So leave family outside the garage door and try to park the car in the car park/garage during daylight as it might feel a bit creepy by yourself. Apart from that all good. Thank you to the space provider.

If you look at the access photographs it is not difficult to find the location. However when I entered inside I found 3 people sitting in that secured car park which startled me and one of whom was smoking something. It felt like a junkie hideout. This was at 3.30pm on a Sunday. I left the car park well passed midnight and was terrified to get back to the car because of what I had perceived earlier. But thankfully it was fine. The keypad did not work from the inside. I had to come out walking through the black door, key in the code from the outside, quickly pop inside again and then drive off. Unlikely to park here again.

Parking space was fine in the end, had to leave note on car as couldn't park in bay due to materials being in the way. Ideal location for visiting Bart's hospital
