Very very tight getting in and out - the only space that was easy has NO PARKING HERE written in marker pen on wall. Full of rubbish also. That being said the location was excellent and very few options near by.

There were two parts within the parking location with narrow pass. Nearest area was full and had to park far area, but as the pass is too narrow, I had scratch on car.

Very convenient for London Bridge area. Back area bays access very tight and anything larger than small SUV won't get through gap. Seems to have a lot of building rubbish lying around. Doesn't block access to bays, but looks untidy.

Great parking space for small cars at back bigger cars are ok in front spaces a 4by 4 took up 2 spaces the bays need re marking and have a number put to them also it could do with a good clean out of all the rubbish that has built up.

The good news is that this was cheap and conveniently placed. The bad is that it was small and littered with very narrow access to the area where there was a space. I don't think I could have got in without a passenger to get out and guide me. Also the exit keypad didn't work so I had to go outside to activate the shutter to get out

This space is only any good for small cars, the internal entrance is so narrow that my car was damaged on going in and coming out, and that was with someone guiding me. There were building material stacked up against the walls, which forced me to take the car right up to the walls, which caused the damage to my paintwork. Difficult to see where you're going due to the dimly lit driveway. This really should have been made clear at booking. Also there was no secure locked door for the pedestrian entrance, anyone could've come in. I would NOT recommend this car park to others, its not secure, badly lit and not very well maintained.

Perfect for Guys Hospital, just cross the street and you are there, especially when you are visiting with a disable person and at £10 per day cheaper than our local hospital car park
