The website link was misleading as it was far away from the Dorchester and required a taxi

Was helpful and value for money. However, the passages and spaces are too narrow and difficult to navigate or take takes and pauses a very high risk of damage to the vehicles

Entrance is not on John Islip st. Very confusing. Website needs to make it clear where entrance is.

This parking spot is excellent for this area. Only a 6 minute walk to the Tate Britain. Downsides: 1. There is no barrier - just a slow moving gate, so once you have spoken your details through the intercom and they let you in, another car or people can follow you in without authority. However, there is a security camera looking over the entrance. 2. Once in, it is a tiny area with a lot of cars crammed in. There are many concrete posts which we found we had to do a lot of shuffling to get around. 3. You look for green signs to park in, only to find they are green paint markings on the bay floors. They are all badly faded and it took us some time to establish where we were allowed to park our chariot. 4. The lift wasn't working and a workman told us there were no stairs. He showed us that the gate was automatically triggered to rise if we walked or drove out. Once again, anyone could come in by car or on foot before the gate came down again. 5. If you do walk out the gated entrance, TAKE YOUR PARKING REFERENCE WITH YOU. If you have to come back in that way you may well have to buzz them on the intercom and give your reference to get in. Would we use it again? It was clean and dry and semi-secure. Now we know the score, yes we would.
