    It is very easy to book and it states that you don't have to sign in and any available space can be used, it couldn't be easier. It is also perfect for the short walk to Temple Mead station. We will certainly be doing this again in the future.

    Fairly easy to find and plenty of spaces to park in secure area. Only 15 min walk to pubs/restaurants/shops etc. Would recommend parking here.

    Easy to find, plenty of spaces when I arrived at 3 in the afternoon. Spaces roomy enough for bigger vehicles.

    DO NOT PARK HERE! They will send you parking tickets even though you have purchased a space and on the appeal, they will make up excuses for you to pay the fine even though the terms and conditions of the parking space will say exactly the opposite. This is an absolute scam!

    Location and space was fine but I've now received a PCN although I arrived and left well within the booked times (in fact I stayed approx 3 hours less than paid for). Having now looked on-line it seems the operators of the car park (Smart Parking Ltd) have a history of issuing PCNs despite people having paid correctly. For this reason I would avoid using any car parks operated by them again. It's unfortunate YPS don't show who the actual operators are when booking so that people could avoid these types of companies with highly questionable practices. I'm now waiting for both organisations to respond to my challenges to see if I need to start my own legal action in response to the unwarranted demand for money and the time and stress this is causing me.
