    Location very easy to find, and plenty of spaces Only (minor) negative is the parking instructions says no need to check in with reception, but you need a token from reception to exit the car park. Luckily, I saw a sign otherwise could have been embarrassing when trying to leave!

    Great place to park as it was close where I needed to go. Price also good. Only downside was your parking space website not updated and you cannot leave the car park without a barrier token. So please read the signs in the car park.

    Straight forward easy parking. Only 10 minutes walk to halls 17 and 18. There is no foot path initially (200m) from the hotel to the north car park 5 so you have to walk on the grass and also cross at the roundabout which isn’t ideal with children. But other than that a much cheaper option than the NEC car park which on the day was £16 but it does change depending upon what event is on. Will definitely use again. Remember to collect a token from reception.

    Easy booking system, excellent value, spoke to receptionist who was very helpful with directions to the NEC. Can’t recommend highly enough, Will definately use again when visiting NEC and recommending to family and friends.

    Hi was easy enough to find . i found out once we parked up that you should register your car with reception and you get a token to exit the car park when you want to leave. Staff at hotel very friendly and gave us directions to NEC, A good 20 mins walk to it from hotel. I will use again no problem on next visit to NEC.
