Parking spaces located on Fencepiece Road in Chigwell. The spaces are close to Chigwell Medical Centre. The spaces are suitable for vehicles up to the size of a Van. At this location there is Covered parking, Allocated space and Security lighting.

The spaces are available 24 hours on all days. You can enter/exit this location multiple times throughout the duration of your booking.

We have 2 garages left to rent. The garages are situated off of Shrublands Close in Chigwell and accessed via a private road.

The garages are part of a block of garages secured via an external gate with a key code to get in. All of the garages contain PIR lighting which comes on and goes off automatically (activated by movement).

The garage we are advertising is situated at one end of the block of garages and has a further double gate which is locked from the inside, making it extremely secure.

Access is gained via a pedestrian gate with a keycode which will then allow you to unlock the gate via another keycode (from inside). The garages themselves also come with a lock as you can see in the picture.

The level of security these garages provide make them excellent for storing tools or other expensive items that you would prefer not to leave in an ordinary garage, which may be accessible from the road.

The garages are 5.4x2.5 meters.
