Your Parking Space were easy to deal with to book. Their customer service is also very good. Unfortunately it was impossible to access the Holiday Inn Express Bristol City because of the road works outside the hotel. It is a shame the hotel didn't report this to Your Parking Space. However, when I reported the problem to Your Parking Space they refunded the charge to me and dealt with the problem quickly.

Good spaces but annoying you have to get a pass from the hotel so have to que in reception which takes 20 mins

Parking space was fine when we eventually found it! Access was very difficult because of roadworks and lack of signs to compensate for closed roads. After driving round we had to phone the hotel reception. There was no space in the designated parking area so we had to go into the hotel. They were helpful and told us we could park in the multi-storey even though the booking specifically said the booking was not valid for the multi-storey. Slightly complicated system for the multi-storey which requires a code. Once we had negotiated all that it was fine. If there had been a vacant space in the designated area it would have been easy apart from the difficulty in actually finding the car park. Wouldn't much care to park there late at night as a single female.

Somebody urgently needs to update the instructions for finding this parking due to the current building and road works. You can only access from Chatterton St which I only discovered after driving round the block three times and then stopping to phone the hotel. Hard to find a place to stop in the busy rush hour and also no contact details for the hotel on the booking. Very frustrating!

Very good easy and simple. Apart from access is not via back road whilst road works are around

We needed to meet people at TempleMeads Station, and then coffee at Harts. Right now, driving round Temple Gate is a nightmare - the ONLY way to get to the hotel parking is via Clarence Road and Chatterton Square. That took some time to navigate! On arrival, though we were on time, we found that the space for which we had paid was occupied. However, the hotel clerk, on giving us the parking permission, let us park in the adjoining covered car park (for guests) - where there was plenty of room. So all came out right in the end - and parking cost via yps was reasonable.

The rear of the hotel was very tricky to find because of the road works taking place. However, once I found how to get there, the multi-storey was easy to park in. Very close to Temple Meads station. I didn't stay at the hotel but the staff were friendly when I booked my space. Would use again.
