    Drove through the barrier and parked the car. Reported to the reception desk in the hotel that we had arrived, we were given an exit code that we could use as many times as we liked. They also gave us a city map so we could find our way around. The car park is a fair walking distance to the city centre but the tram stations is only a short walk away and is easy to use. On the whole a very easy and hassle free way to visit the city.

    Great location with easy access to Nottingham Castle, the oldest pub and the city centre only a short pleasant walk mostly along the canal away! Great friendly service at the Holiday Inn. I would wholly recommend parking here.

    This was a perfect place to park for the afternoon and evening. There was plenty of spaces available when we arrived. A 15 min walk in to the centre and 10 mins walk back from the glee club where we had spent the evening. Javeed on reception was extremely helpful. He even printed off a map for our walking route in to the centre.

    The place was very easy to find and to access, there are few spaces left in the carpark as it's not massively big, however I managed to find a spot. In the reception nobody knew about my reservation, I was asked to provide a printed copy of the booking so be prepared and have one with you. I didn't have it as I was relying in the app receipt but the man who was in turn was very kind and asked me just to email it.... But even though I sent it 3 times, it never arrived to the hotel's email! He told me just to leave the car and go and told me that on my way back, just take my car and drive away, he also told me to make note of the exit code. I did as I was told and had no problem in taking my car and drive away! It could have been a great review and experience leaving my car here but the low rating is due to the fact that staff is not aware of the parking service provided by Holiday Inn!!!!!
